Invite team members to suggest ideas for inclement weather activities in and outdoors.
Try to eat another fruit or vegetable a day in addition to what you already eat and share.
Utilize free fitness activity opportunities (run/walk groups, cycle groups, paddle groups and hiking groups
(START YOUR OWN FITNESS GROUP).
Encourage one another by phone calls, e-mails, visits…maybe have a healthy meal together each week.
Challenge another team to reach even a greater goal.
Congratulate each other.
