Water Therapy has proven results to heal muscle strain or tears, back pain and other musculoskeletal injuries as well as overall muscle strengthining and conditioning and of course, Depression and Fatigue...Ask your doctor about how aquatic exercise can improve and better manage many health and medical conditions too. Many conditions can be uncomfortable or painful to exercise on a hard or even padded surface. Sometimes even standing or walking while wanting to become stronger simply hurts. Water provides a soothing and gentle exercising environment by using Buoyancy, Viscosity and Hydrostatic pressure.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private and semi-private swim lessons are available at a rate of $25 for a half hour and includes instruction and guest pass for that day’s lifeguard swim time.  Call 378-4449 or e-mail swim@sanjuanislandfitness to schedule a lesson time.  We teach very young children and adults, too!!
