 JUST SHOW UP  - All events should wait for others no more than five (5) minutes, So Be On Time!

THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR MEMBERS

Also, No Charge for CHALLENGERS Who Purchased A 3 Month Program Membership.

NON Club Members who are in the Challenge and Non Pprogram Challengers who want to utilize the club and classes will be charged only $6.50 (+tax) $7.01 per class.

Or, purchase a punch Card for 5.00 (+tax) $5.39 for five or more classes

11:45am hike up Mt Finlayson, across crest and down; meet at Jakele's Lagoon Parking lot.

12:00pm to 1:30pm Family Swim

1:35 to 3:30pm Lap Swim

 

MONDAYS:

Weigh Ins between 6am and 8pm.

6:00 to 11:05am Lap Swim

6:15am  Strength Class

8:20am Spinning

9:15am Step Aerobics

11:00am Bike Pear Pt/Turn Pt loop, Meet at Fairgrounds

11:15am Water Walking

11:35am Just ABS

12:00pm Slow and steady walk flat surface airport loop meet at club

12:00 YOGA

12:25 to 3:00pm Lap Swim

1:00pm to 2:00pm Master Swim

3:00pm to 4:30pm Family Swim
