Amazing everyone,
it is Race Week!
You all have come so far these last 8 weeks and hopefully the overall goal of making,
this thing called Triathlon, less foreign and obtainable has really hit home.
Remember to Race YOUR Race…..
that means to feel confident and proud of your personal accomplishment,
and who knows, you might even decide that this was FUN
(if that is the case, let me know and I will keep you updated on races to come)!
So, this being our last week I will be throwing the training plan by the way side and go on feeling.
It is a good idea to do nothing 2 days before the race
or (if you must) do something low key just to get some movement
but not to the point that your body has to recover.
You don’t have to be an Ironman to be considered a Triathlete!
