San Juan Island CrossFit is housed in the structure that is San Juan Island Fitness. 

CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement.  Simple....but not easy.  It's performed in a "box".  In our case, a converted, underutilized racquetball court. 

If you know your way around a regular gym, you'll be familiar with the movements and it's highly likely you've been doing them improperly or with bad form.  Odds are good you've never done them in this type of sequence either.

Is it right for you?  Of course it is.  But are you right for it?  Anyone can do this as coaches can modify each workout appropriately for your ability, even if you have a bad ________(fill in the blank).  Every session is coached so you're being watched, mainly for good technique, but also so you don't cheat yourself.   The size of our box is ideal for 6 people, so you're not getting lost in the back row.

Value.  I've been around weight rooms since I was 13 (I'm 56 now).  I've lead spin classes for 12 years.  I'm a TRX certified trainer.  I've owned San Juan Island Fitness for 9 years.  I've NEVER seen a program that can give you so much for not only your time, but your dollar.

Session schedule:

All sessions last up to 45 minutes

Monday through Wednesday - 6:20 a.m., 7:15 a.m., 8:15 a.m., 5:30 p.m.

Thursday - 5:30 p.m.

Friday - 6:20 a.m., 7:15 a.m., 8:15 a.m. 

Saturday - 9:00 a.m.

Fee:

Members of San Juan Island Fitness - $65/month

Non-members of San Juan Island Fitness - $95/month

High School Students - $35/month (member or not)

Guest:  $20/person, $30 per couple, $15 military
