This Breakfast Drink Was Created By One Of Our Challengers and Her Husband. It Sounded Great To Me So I Decided To Try It. And Then, One Thing Lead To Another.......the high lighted items are in the original recipe tried and shared.

DIRECTIONS: Use Your Imagination

Fill Blender with 3 Veggies and 3 Fruits (some suggestions below),

Pour Water In and Blend to Desired Consistency.

Experiment with Spices, Mint, Parsley, Cilantro, Peppermint, Ginger (ginger is best juiced first) ect…
