How To Avoid Neck Pain While Doing Ab Exercises
There is no reason to have neck pain or sore neck. 
DO your abdominal crunches correctly with proper form.
TO FIND CORRECT POSITION, place fist between chin and chest.
DON’T let you neck muscles do the exercises. Head and neck FOLLOW they do not LEAD.
DO look at the ceiling, pick a spot on the ceiling and concentrate on it. There is no reason to be lifting your head and bringing your chin to your chest.
DO place your fingers LIGHTLY behind your ears or cross your arms and hands in front of your chest.
DO focus on your abs while doing these exercises.
DO breathe.
