FAT FLUSH DIET PLAN

WHAT IS THE FAT FLUSH DIET PLAN?

Anne Louise Gittleman created the Flush Diet. In 2002 her book became the best-selling diet book on the market. Her diet plan, the Flush Diet is based on the idea of combining proteins, carbs and essential fats into one simple diet plan that allows you to lose weight easily and effectively.

The Flush Diet is similar to the 40 30 30 Diet plan. The Flush Diet plan is broken down into three distinct stages, the first stage lasting approximately two weeks. This stage is called the 2-week fat flush stage and is said to be the hardest of all three stages. During this stage you are cleansing your body. It cleanses the body and encourages weight loss by providing the liver with nourishment and support. During the first two weeks dieters are not permitted to eat certain foods, such as herbs and spices, no alcohol or margarine. They are also not permitted to eat any sugar, oils or fats during this first stage of the diet.

Stage two of the Fat Flush Diet is called the ongoing fat flush. Here the dieter is permitted more of a selection in food. Also during this stage the dieter is permitted to add back one carb a week. This allows the dieter to check for any adverse reactions to having these foods in their daily diet.

The third and final stage of the Fat Flush Diet is really just a maintenance program for once you have lost the desired amount of weight and wish to keep it of. This is a just a plan that will help you to keep eating healthy and in some cases to continue to lose weight. During this stage you are permitted to have two dairy products and a variety of what are called the starchier vegetables.

The Fat Flush Diet is based on the idea that by eliminating certain foods from you diet that you will in return be eliminating such things as bloating, and fluid retention. You will not be hungry, your healthy will increase greatly and the cost of following this diet plan is low.
